1985
Founding of Bavaria Schweisstechnik GmbH in Unterschleißheim in equal partnership between Mr. H. Haala and Mr. K. Lettner

1991
Relocation and start-up of new company premises

1994
Acquisition of 100% of shares from the Haala family by Mr. K. Lettner

1995
Roll-out of ISO 9000 (later 9001) - replacing the previous quality system for safeguarding and verifying product quality

2005
Storage capacity for finished products is increased to up to 1,300 tonnes

2006
Implementation of a pilot system for developing flux

2009
Hubert and Robert Lettner take over management of the company from their father

2012
Opening of application centre for submerged-arc welding (SAW) and electroslag welding (ESW) technology based on a 4-wire SAW system and ESW systems for cladding with up to 90 mm strips

2015
Start-up of the second production line for producing flux

2019
Investment in a new production building and production technology

2020
Commissioning of the fully automatic production line for the production of welding flux

2021
Automatic packing system for plastic and aluminum bags also vacuum option successfully installed and under operation

Expansion of storage capacities for raw materials and end products
